“AVOID. FAULTY CAR. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. POORLY LOOKED AFTER CARS. Absolutely terrible experience with OK Mobility from start to finish. As soon as we collected the car, the Apple CarPlay did not work. A member of staff came to look at it and, whilst opening the car door, he smashed the wing mirror into a concrete column. We immediately said he should record the damage, and he told us he would. He then fiddled with a few buttons before simply telling us Apple CarPlay “doesn’t work” and that we should use Android instead — despite all of us being Apple users. This left us unable to properly use maps or navigate during our trip. We have since complained about the entire experience and discovered that the staff member never logged either the faulty Apple CarPlay or the damage caused to the wing mirror. Things then became much worse when the car battery completely died during our rental. Customer service was shocking. Multiple times when we called, agents claimed they “couldn’t hear us” and hung up the phone. When somebody finally admitted they could hear us after we challenged this, they then claimed they could not speak English. Thankfully, our friend was able to communicate with them for us. At every stage we were met with hesitation, poor communication, and staff who seemed unwilling to help. Instead of making the situation easier, customer service made it far more stressful and difficult for us to receive any help at all. Even when roadside assistance arrived, the car still would not properly start after being jump started. Our entire day was ruined and we had to cancel plans and activities because we were stranded without a working vehicle and unable to get to our destination. To make matters worse, we were then told we had to drive the faulty vehicle back to Alicante Airport ourselves to exchange it, despite the fact the car had already broken down and warning lights remained on afterwards. I did not feel safe driving a vehicle in that condition and requested a replacement vehicle be sent to us, which was refused. The engine warning light and tyre warning light both stayed on after the breakdown, clearly showing the car was not properly maintained or safe to rent out. What is even more disappointing is that OK Mobility are now refusing to take any responsibility for the situation and have refused both a full and partial refund, despite the stress, lost time, ruined plans, and unsafe vehicle we were given. This was an incredibly stressful and upsetting experience, especially being away from home and dealing with this as a young woman. Poorly maintained cars, terrible customer service, and zero care for customer safety. OK Mobility is absolutely NOT OK. One of the worst car rental experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs. Some photos taken from a video, showing the condition of the car we were given.”

“Review: A total disaster – Avoid at all costs! The Car We didn't even get the car we ordered. Instead, we were given an MG that was an absolute nightmare. The vehicle was in desperate need of a complete overhaul; its performance, especially uphill, was pathetic. We were honestly worried we wouldn't even be able to overtake trucks on the highway. The engine felt like it was misfiring (likely a spark plug issue). When we pointed this out during pickup, the staff member dismissed us, claiming it was just the tire pressure warning light. Ironically, the tire pressure light was also on, but it’s a completely different icon. This car is a prime example of poor Chinese manufacturing—the quality is decades behind. It had a 5-speed manual gearbox like a Skoda from the 90s. Even the Apple CarPlay (which the staff kept bragging about) only worked about 2 out of 10 times. The Staff & Service The lady at the desk was incredibly rude and unpleasant. She kept aggressively pushing additional insurance that we had already purchased through Economy Car Rentals and kept threatening us with the loss of our deposit. When they realized they didn't have our original car, they tried to "upsell" us to a better one for an extra fee, which we refused. That’s how we ended up with this MG wreck. The Logistics A €1900 deposit for a car in this condition is insane, and it takes a full week to get it back. My Advice I strongly recommend taking photos and videos of everything—before and after. Proving that you didn't cause damage to these poorly maintained "lemons" can be difficult and expensive. Summary Between the unprofessional staff and the dangerous vehicle, this rental was the worst experience of our entire trip to Andalusia. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.”

“Extremely disappointing experience with OK Mobility. We arrived on time to collect a car that had already been reserved and fully paid for, only to be told at the counter that my Mastercard could not be accepted for the deposit, despite being perfectly capable of handling pre-authorisations. No clear explanation was provided. We then suggested a simple and reasonable solution: my girlfriend had a valid credit card and was willing to be registered as the main driver. This was refused as well because of rigid company policies. There was absolutely no willingness to help or find a customer-friendly solution. Good customer service requires some degree of flexibility, especially when customers are actively trying to solve the issue themselves. Instead, we were left without a car, without assistance, and without the service we had already paid for. In the end, OK Mobility kept our money while providing no rental vehicle at all. A company that values its customers should focus on solving problems rather than hiding behind policies. Very poor customer service, no flexibility, and a frustrating experience from start to finish. I would not recommend renting with OK Mobility.”

“I rent a car from OK Mobility Alicante Airport on 28/01/2026. When I came to get a key, they offered me a better car (a Mercedes 7-seater) with 30 euros more to pay. I'll take the Mercedes. On the contract they email me, they state there are no damages to the car. When I checked the car before I drove away, I found that the rear bumper had significant damage. I'll take the picture and drive away. When I come back to return the car, the worker from OK Mobility straight away goes to the rear bumper to check it. When he sees the damage, he asks me, "Do I take a picture?" I show him the picture I took before driving away. Then he went to the front bumper; there was damage almost underneath the bumper that I did not see when checking the car. He told me he will speak with the manager. He told me there is no damage recorded on their system; the car has 0 damage. I told him how to understand there is no damage to the car on their system if there is clear damage to the rear bumper visible. He could not answer this question for me. In my opinion, it's clear I have been set up for this. 1st, they offer me this car; 2nd, the worker receiving the car goes straight to the damaged part on the car, as he knew where it was; 3rd, they have no damages recorded on their paperwork (how convenient is that); 4th, they bill me 400 euros for the front bumper damage that I did not see and did not have a picture of, and they did not charge me for the rear bumper damage because I have a picture taken. 5th, it usually takes time to return the deposit, paperwork…etc. This time, within 2 hours, an email was sent to me with all the paperwork, damages, cost of new parts, agreements, etc. Like everything was prepared already… I will never rent from them again and do not recommend anyone else do so. Watch out for this company. I will write reviews in every possible place for reviews so more people see who they are dealing with. I have been renting cars for 10+ years with many different companies, flying up to 10 flights a year, but I have never been tricked like that. Lesson learned, moving on...”
